QUANTITY TAKE OFF SERVICES - OVERVIEW
We are a group of well experienced Quantity Surveyors who have well experienced in the quantity take-off for various projects in the Middle East and India. Having experienced in the various sectors of the Construction projects such as Interior Fit out works, Hypermarkets & shopping malls, industrial buildings, residential Buildings and mixed-use development projects, we undertake the works related to the Quantity Surveying in the such as Measurement Take-off, Preparation of the BOQ, Cost Variation Preparations and also Pre-Tender Estimates for the Projects.
EXECUTION STRATEGY
Our execution strategy incorporates proven methodologies, extremely qualified personnel, and a highly responsive approach to managing deliverables. We use a variety of software tools such as CADD / Bluebeam / Plan-swift for the measurement of the works which would allow us to efficiently complete the tasks within the stipulated time and also provide our clients a greater degree of accuracy.
